I know that there are some of you
who’ll click a box to “like” this poem
and then you’ll quickly move along
to read some finely written tome
very few, or none at all
will tell me what you truly think
for some of you, and maybe all
will think this poem truly stinks!

Well, stinks and think doesn’t rhyme perfectly, so it spoils the effect of that verse. And poem and tome ain’t rhyming either. And… I could go on, but the poem is too short. 🙂

well…that depends on whether you pronounce “poem” as one syllable or two…and I realize that in the first instance, I intended it as one syllable, but in the next usage, for the meter, it has to be 2 syllables…lol
