When Clouds Align With Margarine

sunlight drips foxlike
through unfinished seams
like paperclips
climbing the chalkboard

and the busker basket
shreds peanuts
in a dance of
calculated fleas

pages foam
with velvet bravado
in a thumbprint of
stellar blue

~~

note: this poem has a very deep meaning…too deep for the author to understand
